Q: How many guests can your venue accommodate?
A: Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 185 guests for a seated dinner with an open dance floor and 200 seated no dance floor. We’re happy to help you plan a layout that works best for your guest count!
Q: How far in advance should we book?
A: We recommend booking at least 12–18 months in advance for peak wedding seasons, but we’re happy to accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows!
Q:What does the booking process look like?
A: We are so excited you’re considering us for your special day and we’re happy to help every step of the way during the booking process!
- You reach out to us by filling out our contact form.
- We would love to show you around in person! Schedule an in-person tour!
- After your tour, we create and send you a proposal for you to review.
- The contract can be signed electronically and the deposit paid by check, or credit card.
- After the contract is signed and the deposit is made, you’re officially booked with us!
Q: What’s required to reserve our date?
A: A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit will secure your date.
Q: What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
A: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please refer to the terms in your contract, and we’ll work closely with you to support your needs wherever possible.
Q: Do you offer in-house catering or can we bring in our own?
A: We’re delighted to offer exclusive in-house catering from Morgan Hall! We will be able to help you select your perfect menu for your special day! We do not allow outside catering. However, we will allow you to bring in your own wedding cake from a licensed vendor!
Q: Can we bring our own alcohol?
A: We are licensed to provide all bar services and offer a range of customizable packages. For safety and compliance, outside alcohol is not permitted, but we’re happy to tailor something to your preferences!
Q: Is there on-site parking available for guests?
A: While our venue does not offer private parking, Downtown Hagerstown has a substantial number of parking options to choose from. You can opt for street parking or one of the several garage locations. We have one located conveniently right next to our building.
Q: Is your venue accessible for guests with disabilities?
A: Absolutely. We are fully ADA compliant and offer accessible entrances and restrooms.
