Welcome to Morgan Hall (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.morganhallvenue.com (the “Site”), and all venue rental and event services provided by Morgan Hall Venue (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our Site or booking an event with Morgan Hall Venue, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

1. Venue Bookings

  • All event reservations are subject to availability and written confirmation.

  • A signed contract and required deposit must be received to secure your event date.

  • Bookings are not considered confirmed until written confirmation is issued by Morgan Hall Venue.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

2. Deposits

Weddings

To secure a date and time for your special occasion, we require a non-refundable deposit for Morgan Hall with a signed contract.

Social Events

To reserve a date and time for your event, we require a non-refundable deposit with a signed contract.

All deposits are applied toward the total balance due for your event.

3. Final Payment

Full payment of the remaining balance is due prior to the event date. Failure to make payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any deposits paid.

4. Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please refer to the terms in your contract, and we’ll work closely with you to support your needs wherever possible.

5. Use of Premises

  • The venue may only be used for the purpose(s) stated in your contract.

  • The Client is responsible for the behavior and actions of all guests, vendors, and participants during the event.

  • All setup and cleanup must occur within the contracted rental period.

  • No smoking, illegal substances, or open flames are permitted on the property.

  • Any damage to the venue, furnishings, or property will be billed to the Client.

6. Alcohol Policy

  • All alcohol must be purchased through Morgan Hall.

  • No outside beverages—alcoholic or non-alcoholic—are permitted on the premises.

  • In accordance with Maryland law, Morgan Hall will not serve alcohol to any person under the age of 21 and will require valid government-issued identification for proof of age.

  • Alcohol service will be refused to anyone who appears visibly intoxicated.

  • Morgan Hall enforces a strict “no shots” policy.

7. Vendors

  • The Client shall provide Morgan Hall with the names and contact information for all event vendors (e.g., photographers, bands, decorators, etc.) prior to the event date.

  • Morgan Hall reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to grant final approval of any event vendors.

8. Liability and Indemnification

  • Morgan Hall Venue is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property or equipment brought onto the premises.

  • The Client assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages that occur during the event.

  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Morgan Hall Venue, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the property or event activities.

9. Photography and Marketing

Morgan Hall Venue reserves the right to take photographs or videos of events for marketing or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your event photographed, please notify us in writing prior to the event date.

10. Website Use

  • All content on this Site—including text, images, graphics, and design—is the property of Morgan Hall Venue or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

  • You may not use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • While we strive to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties that the Site or its contents will always be available or error-free.

11. Privacy

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Changes to Terms

Morgan Hall Venue may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
